Finally an omega-3 product without an aftertaste
Anita is a talented musician with various music projects. This year she is looking forward to recording a new album with the band Folk og Røvere.
Anita currently teaches theater at Ålesund Gymnasium. She recently completed a degree in "Mental training and executive brain functions" at Olympiatoppen/NTNU, which has been useful in her work as a musician and teacher.
"I've read a lot about how important omega-3 is from different sources, but it's always been uncomfortable to take it. Sometimes it feels like you're shaking fish oil around, and then it becomes easy to stop taking it."
Anita is a happy user of Romega®, a functional omega-3 supplement made from Norwegian herring roe oil. Romega® differs from traditional omega-3 products in that it contains a variety of unique nutrients for health. In herring roe oil, the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA are bound to phospholipids, which means they are absorbed faster into the body**.
Romega® is also known for its high quality and purity, and is specially formulated to be easy to consume without the typical aftertaste of fish oil. Anita takes Romega every day and feels it is a good investment in her own health.
"I'm so glad I came across Romega®, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how little taste you feel and that I'm happy to be free of trans flavors during the day."

Confidence in herring roe as a raw material
Anita has previously tried omega-3 from other sources, but has always found the aftertaste unpleasant. Now she is happy to have found a product without unpleasant aftertastes. She is happy with the product and appreciates that it is sustainable and MSC certified.
*) The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
