Adrienne Eikrem is an active and adventurous woman from Ørsta in Sunnmøre. She practically lives next door to our laboratory in Hovdebygda, and we are proud to have a local ambassador on the team. Now you will learn a little about why Adrienne prefers Romega as her omega-3 supplement.
Want more omega-3 in your everyday life?
Adrienne has a healthy and varied diet daily, but is honest that she doesn't eat fish as often as she would like.
– Of all the supplements, omega-3 is probably one of the most important for me.
As a student, it's good to know that Romega contributes to normal brain function, and since I'm so active in my everyday life, it's good to know that it also contributes to normal heart function*, says Adrienne.
Sustainable and short-transport raw material
Romega has been researched and developed in Ørsta. The herring roe used to make Romega comes from the Norwegian spring-spawning herring that is sustainably fished along the Møre coast, just outside Ørsta municipality. The herring thrives here, in the cold and fresh sea of Møre.
– Here we are talking about omega-3 in brief. And I know that the raw material is natural and pure, and I think that feels extra safe.
I see Romega as an investment in my health. That's why I take Romega every day, and I will continue to do so, says Adrienne.
*) A daily intake of 250 mg DHA contributes to normal vision and normal brain function. A daily intake of 250 mg DHA and EPA contributes to normal heart function. You get this from two capsules of Romega.
